Terms of Use

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing Adamas (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Service description

Adamas is a web workspace for call-center agents. Features may include number formatting, hold timers, notes, call logging, scripts, tasks, analytics widgets, CRM connectors, optional SMS (Twilio), and related settings. Features may change, and some require an account or third-party credentials.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for lawful personal or organizational call-center work. You may not:

Source licensing for the codebase (where published) is additionally governed by the project’s LICENSE file (CC BY-NC-ND unless stated otherwise).

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep passwords confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these Terms. Public self-registration may be disabled by the operator.

Your responsibilities

Integrations (CRM, Finesse, SMS, email)

Third-party integrations are optional. By enabling them you agree to the provider’s terms (Cisco, Twilio, Salesforce, etc.) and to pay any fees those providers charge. Some integrations (notably Finesse) are proxied through our servers so the browser can reach your contact-center host; others call providers directly from the browser.

You are responsible for the security of API keys and agent passwords you enter. Prefer session-scoped storage and disconnect when finished.

Local data

Much of your workspace is stored in the browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices can erase it. Export or back up anything you need to keep. Cloud-synced account data (when enabled) may persist on our servers until you delete it or your account.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that integrations will always match your environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daniel Hipskind and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, arising from use of (or inability to use) the Application—even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

Adamas branding, UI, and original code remain the property of Daniel Hipskind and licensors, except for third-party open-source components which remain under their own licenses.

Termination

We may suspend or end access without prior notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
